I'm going to guess French film on this one (she counts the french way). And, it's either about a lurid affair, a bank robbery (or a robbery of sorts), international spies, assassins (I think I spelled that wrong)... or a variation of the aforementioned. (international assassins who are having affairs with spies?!? SWEET! hahaha)

Sometimes, I'm just in a silly mood.
